The right guidance through pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, sleep and early parenting can be the difference between just getting through the day - or night - and fully enjoying each moment with your new family.

I’m a non-judgmental, calming presence that seeks to know you and your family’s needs and preferences first and foremost. I do not have an agenda for how you choose to feed, sleep, or practice any of the many different ways and methods of parenting. It is truly my joy to facilitate your discovery and identity as parents, a growing family, and members of the larger caregiving community.

I am a veteran Labor and Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, Placenta Encapsulationist and licensed Massage Therapist, living & working in the Western suburbs and surrounding suburban areas.  My goal, over the past 20+ years has been helping expectant and new parents transition mindfully into Parenthood.  I believe that a large component of that is providing a supportive environment, as well as nurturing touch to both body & spirit during this time.

Lactation Consultants

A mother of five and have 12 years of personal breastfeeding experience nursing my own children. I worked as a volunteer leader with the La Leche League organization for 10 years and have been an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant through IBLCE since 2007. I am interested in helping mothers reach their personal breastfeeding goals.
