You should receive a response by the first business day following your request submission.

If your visit request is for a time slot sooner than 24 hours, you may not receive confirmation until shortly before the time of your visit request, so please plan accordingly.

If approved, you will receive confirmation of your appointment as well as a link for any virtual appointments. You will also receive an invitation to our Patient Portal and intake forms that will need to be completed before the start of your visit.
